5 Days to a Birth Vision That's Actually Yours

A free challenge for the pregnant person who wants to feel ready, not just hopeful.

You've read the books. Googled the birth stories. Maybe even started a Pinterest board. But somewhere underneath all that research, there's still a quiet voice asking: will I actually be okay?

This 5-day challenge is where that voice gets answered - gently, one small step at a time. Ready to start? Join the free challenge below.

What the next 5 days will do for you...

🌿 Day by day, chip away at the fear: Fear doesn't need to be dismissed or "positive-vibed" away - it needs somewhere to go. Each day, you'll work through one piece of it, so it stops running quietly in the background of your pregnancy.

🧠 Reconnect you with your own instincts: Your body is growing this baby without you doing anything, so why don't you trust it to have this baby? By tunning into your body, you'll build the muscle of trusting your gut - not just the guidelines, the leaflet, or whoever spoke to you last at your appointment.

Build a birth vision in bite-sized pieces 5 days. About 10 minutes a day. No 40-page workbook, no overwhelm - just steady, doable steps toward clarity.

📋 Leave you with something you can actually use: By day 5, you'll have a clearer, calmer sense of what your birth looks like - something real to bring into conversations with your midwife, your birth partner, or anyone who needs to understand what you want.

hey there,

I'm Susana Ramirez

For over 20 years as an NHS midwife, I watched the same thing happen, over and over.

Women asking, "but will they allow me to..." - as if birth was something that happened to them, with permission granted or withheld by someone else. Women in tears afterwards, not because anything went medically wrong, but because they didn't feel like they'd had a voice in their own birth. Women telling me, quietly, "I didn't know I could say no" - sometimes days later, sometimes years later.

It broke my heart every time, because none of it had to happen that way. Birth isn't something you need permission for - it's yours. So I left the NHS to do something about it: to help women get clear on what they actually want, find their voice before they're in the room, and walk into birth knowing it's theirs to shape.

This challenge was built to get you started on this journey.
