Birth is full of choices — and the system often makes it feel impossible to know which ones are right for you. This course cuts through the noise. Across seven in-depth modules, you'll learn how to read your options, ask the right questions, and make decisions that feel genuinely yours — not just the path of least resistance.

A workbook to learn what your values are. Name your hopes and build a vision that bends without breaking
Build is the first stage of A Positive B·I·R·T·H framework — the foundation everything else stands on. Before you can Invite trust, Release fear, Tune in, or Hold with confidence, you need to know what you're actually building toward. That's three things: Your values — what actually matters to you, underneath the logistics. Your hopes — the specific preferences you'd love to have, held with an open hand. Your living guide — a vision flexible enough to travel with you through whatever birth actually looks like. This isn't about writing a rigid script. It's about knowing yourself well enough that no version of your birth can leave you feeling like a stranger to your own experience.
A workbook on how to learn to trust your body, your team, and the unknown — without needing a guarantee first.
Invite is the second stage of A Positive B·I·R·T·H framework — after you've started to Build your birth vision, and before you Release what's holding you back. It's the stage where you stop bracing against birth and start letting yourself lean into it, in three directions:
Trust in your body — that it knows broadly what it's doing, even when it's unfamiliar or uncomfortable.
Trust in your team — the people actually in the room with you, and how you communicate with them.
Trust in the unknown — the parts of birth that can't be planned away, however much you'd like them to be.
You'll work through all three over the next few pages, with reflection prompts and a couple of proper exercises — not just things to think about, but things to actually do.
A workbook and guided audio to release fear and reclaim confidence
Release is the third stage of A Positive B·I·R·T·H framework, Fear of birth is real. It's valid. And it doesn't have to be the thing that defines your experience.
Beyond Birth Fear is a gentle, guided combination of reflective workbook and soothing audio — designed to help you identify where your fear lives, understand where it came from, and begin to move through it with compassion and calm.
You don't have to white-knuckle your way to your due date. There's another way — and it starts here.
A downloadable guide for you and your birth partner
Tune in is the fourth stage of A Positive B.I.R.T.H framwork. Your birth partner wants to support you. But nobody handed them a manual.
Tune In bridges that gap. This practical briefing guide gives your birth team — partner, doula, birth companion — everything they need to show up fully for you. Clear, calm, and ready.
Because the people in your birth room matter. Let's make sure they know exactly what that means.
A workbook to help you stay steady with yourself when birth doesn't follow the script.
Hold is the last stage of A Positive B·I·R·T·H framework,— the one that carries everything else through. You've Built your vision, Invited trust, Released fear, and learned to Tune in. Hold is what lets all of that stay with you even when birth surprises you. It works in three ways: Holding steady — staying present with yourself when things shift off-plan. Holding your voice — speaking up in the room, in the moment, not just in theory. Holding it afterward — carrying that same steadiness into the fourth trimester. Confidence, here, doesn't mean certainty that things will go well. It means knowing you'll still be you, capable and resourced, whatever unfolds
